Bernhard Haumacherwhy I hate Frames and JavaScript, and some horrible HTMLSorry, my pages only speak English, while I personally prefer German |
RESH is a shorthand for "Rechnernetze als Superrechner und Hochleistungsdatenbanken" in German. An english translation could be "Workstation clusters for supercomputing and high performance databases". The goal of the projekt is to push technology and usage of couppled workstations for super-computing. The cooperating researchers use the technology for parallel data mining and image understanging. I'm member of the Programming Systems Group engaged in the RESH project.
